The dot SE country-code extension was created in 1986 and given to Sweden. During the first years after its establishment, the registration procedure was quite restrictive, so a very limited number of domain names were ordered. Persons were permitted to acquire no more than one domain under .PP.SE (“pp” stands for “private person”).
